Incredibly help from Danny

Just spent an hour and a half in the phone with a Sky customer service agent called Danny, based in Bulgaria. It was his first day today (10th Oct 2025) and he was so patient and kind. Things were moving so slowly on my TV and he stayed on the phone while things took forever to update, asking questions and keeping me informed at every stage. Best customer service I've ever had - so compassionate (I've recently had a bereavement that meant I didn't have all the info to hand), helpful and friendly. 10/10
