Great result

I had an on going refund complaint, from December 2025 until I spoke to Matthew I.d. MBS 452.He listened, empathised and got down to solving our issue. He was patient regarding things we had to upload, always contacted

me when he said he would, he determined the issues of the switch over that hadn't been done,gave information to his line manager. Finally just over a week ago he rang to say all was resolved, I'm so grateful for the day Matthew answered my call, and finally helped, he was very polite, professional , and very pleasant. He was a pleasure to talk to.
