I have just had a phone call with a gentleman called George from Bulgaria. 

 

 Here's what gone through with me the details of going back into contract and my options.  Plus having fibre. I'm not very confident on the phone and have health issues. George however was very patient and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I had to have things repeated so that I could understand them. I was going to do the questionnaire after the call but put the phone down and did not get the questionnaire. I wanted to tell you that I was very impressed with the ease in which the process was gone through and George's kindness thank you
