I would like to say a BIG THANKS to Sharon from the retentions team in Glasgow for her help in sorting our problem out. After 30 phone calls to numerous call centres and our wasted time ... Sharon sorted this over 2 evening's. Prompt phone calls friendly,professional,competent. We can't thank you enough Sharon ☺️.Please give Sharon a pay rise or a reward 🙏  she truly deserves it !
