I write with regard to the recent assistance provided to me by one of your team members

I have been a loyal Customer with Sky more then 13 Years and never had to compliant,  but on this occasion it was very disappointing to call several times since February 2025 until present to get to the end result.

In summary, I was having some problems in getting my Broadband upgraded to Fibre 500 and as Openreach never came to install on the day they promised to come.

 

Jay assisted me with resolving my problem satisfactorily as well as ensuring that as a customer, I don’t suffer further inconvenience. I was initially served by other various customer reps and all providing different information every time I called. 

 

Jay has offered one of the best customer service I have seen so far. He understood my concern, listened to the problems I had faced and also apologized for the inconvenience I had been facing. Jay then actually took extra initiative to try and help me in resolving the matter and also dealing with my  request. Jay has been very professional in his approach in dealing with this and provided what I would call an excellent customer service regards to Information Gathering, Communication, listening to the Customers, Focusing on the Customers needs and also Thinking Outside the Box.

 

Jay was also prompt in returning my Phone Calls on time and very supportive too.

 

With the above in mind, I am pleased to say that it’s a pleasure to do business with Sky and definitely good to be continue as a customer if such good service continues to be provided.

 

I would strongly recommend Jay to your recognition team and would be pleased to put forward his name for any reward and recognition schemes that may be offered by the company to him for going the extra mile in keeping the customer happy.
