I want to thank the fantastic CityFibre installation team who set up my internet on 12/10/2026. When the workmen arrived they came up against some issues that were preventing them from completing installation. Not only were the workmen incredibly professional and respectful of my home from the moment they arrived they also called in help from their management to ensure the job got started and to resolve these issues straight away. They handled the entire installation with great efficiency, taking the time to explain the process and ensuring the neatest possible setup both inside and outside the property they persivered all day to get the job done. Their friendly and positive attitude made the whole experience completely stress-free. They also made my elderly neighbour feel completely at ease as they also had to make some changes to her connection to allow mine to be installed. It is rare to see such dedication to high-quality customer service, and they are a true credit to the company.
