I rang Sky about midday on Saturday with a view to revising my contract and removing the Sky Sports which I had agreed to in error. The young lady I spoke to couldn't deal with all my issues so she referred me to Raj who was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He has resolved all our issues and we are very grateful. I cannot thank or praise him highly enough. He is an excellent ambassador for Sky.
