I was in a Sky Kiosk in the City Square Shopping Centre in Waterford on Friday last and dealt with a woman called Carol.
I just wanted to come on here to say a massive thanks to her. She was brilliant to deal with...so patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my elderly Dad set up with his new SkyGlass TV. He'd been eyeing it up and was thrilled to finally make the purchase. She took the time to explain everything to him and get him set up. Thanks again Carol, your service was exceptional.
