I would like to thank the Customer Support Advisor and the Engineer who recently sorted out a problem that we were having with our broadband speed and the issues with our viewing. Both the Advisor and the Engineer were thorough and efficient in the resolutions of the problems. They were both courteous and expert in addressing our problem.
