I had a visit from a Sky engineer this morning to install 2 Sky Q boxes. His name was Unal Aslan (I just hope I've spelt his name right). I couldn't have wished for a more helpful and pleasant person than him. After setting everything up he refused to go until he was sure we were entirely happy with the new boxes. So patient with a couple of oldies ,slow at taking things in. If I ever need an engineer again I just hope I get him.
