I just want to thank Ed who did a great job in his service today. I called the help line to confirm my return of a Sky Hub (because I already had one) and ask him to redeem it from my first bill. Ed just start working at his position for a few weeks so he was a bit unsure but he showed care and dedication, and he reached out to his manager for help. After all my enquiry was resolved and I think Ed's efforts deserve recognition.
