Community Messaging Team

Many thanks for a great experience using the Community Messaging Team.

 

As a Superuser I embarrassingly had an Issue with my own Stream puck that I wasn't able to resolve.  At my request my post was escalated for an online chat.

 

The "Sky adviser" who dealt with my issue was very professional and asked all the right questions in a friendly way. Most importantly the issues was resoved quickly (puck needed replacing).  I was very impressed.

 

The chat thread didn't mention the advisers name but the origin notification was from @Addie15 .  For ease of reference the Chat started at 10:07 and the last post was at 10:51
