Spoke to a gentleman called Dan this evening 17:28 02/08/24, in regards to upgrading to sky stream, Dan was really professional with everything, he came across a couple of problems on the account due to moving house, but he resolved it and managed to upgrade me, I was really pleased with my experience this evening thanks to Dan,
