At the start of the call with Jessica, I was feeling a bit annoyed with my WiFi. After chatting about this that and whatever (not sky related) she really put a smile of my face, helped me as much as she could with not just one issue, with many. We waited for someone to get back to us regarding an issue and had waited around a week and still technically are waiting..  however Jessica managed to get this sorted in a minute! She's one in a million and deserves to be noticed! Very very nice lady! And if I could I would give her a hug!
