I wanted to take a moment to thank you Omar, for the outstanding service he provided at the Sky Store in Birmingham today. He spent around 45 minutes helping me with the issues I was having with my eSIM card, and throughout the entire process he was polite, courteous, and went out of his way to explain eSIM processes, reactivating the SIM for me.
His professionalism and commitment to resolving my problem were great example of how customer service should be delivered. I appreciate the time you took to make sure everything was working properly before I left.
