We’re expecting to see a rise in Sky TV customers activating their discovery+ accounts in time for the Olympics starting on 26 July.
Some difficulties have been noticed when some customer's are activating their services, therefore an alternative route may work.
Follow the inital sign in process here before following these further steps.
Can’t sign in to discovery+?
Make sure the email you are entering is the same email used to sign up. This may be different to the email address you use for your Sky account.
If this works, go to 'Account' and check if this says ‘discovery+ via Sky’ - This means your account is linked to your Sky Tv.
Still can't log in?
You will need to contact Discovery+ to find out which email was used to sign up.
'You need to upgrade to watch' Message?
Make sure you have completed the https://www.discoveryplus.com/link journey.
'We can't do that at the moment' Message?
This might be a browser issue. Try to clear your cookies, and if that doesn’t work try another browser.
