technical issues, please try again later

I’m trying to purchase a Sky package but keep getting the same error message saying “technical issues, please try again later.” This has been happening repeatedly. I can’t get through to a real person at Sky and the AI chat hasn’t helped at all. I’m based in the Isle of Man and I’m wondering if that might be part of the issue. Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?
