Re: netflix
hi @Flonelly
do you have Netflix via SKy & if so do you have SKY +/HD or SKY Q or Glass/Stream - I am not sure if it is the same for SKY +/HD users
the original Netflix/ultimate sub was I belive the Netflix Basic level which did limit to 1 concurrent user for some subscibers - in the past on Q the levels & users were increased by SKY add ons but this changed ilast year
So as you will see below switching to the newer with Ads option does give 2 concurrent users - alebit with Ads or you can take out the Boost options
To swich/upgrade I think you will need to call SKY
From Mid December 2023 the levels are :
Netflix (Base level) is the With Ads service - 2 Screens in HD (list cost £4)
Boost to Netflix Standard - 2 Screens in HD Ad free (list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)
Boost to Netflix Premium - 4 Screens up to UHD/HDR (list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)
P.S. When you pay via SKY, you still cannot, currently, add the 'extra member' add on for use by family members not in your physical household that is available for those paying directly to Netflix
