invalid url message

keep getting this error message in a lot of places on my account, for example when i click on bills and payments, have sent a message to Sky who will probably advise me to delete cookies etc which I've already tried. Anybody else getting this error message or advise a resolution please ?

 

Invalid URL

The requested URL "http://%5bNo%20Host%5d/bill?", is invalid.

If not are you using a VPN or private relay of using an iPhone ?

yes that works, I'm not on a vpn or anything special just a simple laptop......

why does that work or just as interestingly why doesnt my usual method ?

What is your usual method, are you using the MySky app or the Sky website because if the later and you had bookmarked the link then it did change a while back to the one I posted above.
