i recently (7 days) registered for disney+ via my sky tv package. I have received set-up e-mails, but disney+ does not accept my email address. I have been back to the emails and repeated the instructions, refreshed the apps and done everything suggested. i am paying for a function that I am unable to access. What do I try next????
