Vip deals not opening

I have the sky mobile , only just joined , so silver VIP , deals show Apple TV discount but will not open under giveaways 

any advise welcome

If you are only a Sky Mobile customers then I'm afraid you will be unable to access the Giveaways section as this is for those who subscribe to TV and possibly Broadband and Talk services.
