Unexpected error

I cant login after I put my details and last name in the sign in pages.

 

I've reset my password and it still doesn't work. Why?

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:

My surname is filled in, I don't have an option to add 'Mr' under 'Account Information'
