Unable to join Sky VIP

Gold tier sky customer. Had access to Sky VIP before, and used it to claim freebies/discounts however it's suddenly not working anymore. 

I select Sky VIP on the app > find out more > terms and conditions (to accept) and get the spinning wheel of doom! 

I select Sky VIP on the app > find out more > join in > view my rewards and get taken back to the 'welcome to Sky VIP' page 

 

(assuming I must accept the T&Cs before I can 'join in' or 'see my rewards' 

 

Logged out and in again - didn't work 

Un-installed and reinstalled app - didn't work 

 

Any ideas?

When was it last working ?

Have you tried logging out and leaving it for 12 hours or more so perhaps leaving it logged out overnight to see what happens the next day ?

Been happening since Christmas. I've tried those things, already, tried daily over several days to no avail. I've logged back in this evening as there's an offer I'd like to redeem and saw the same issue. 

Repeated the log out/in and uninstall tonight - still the same as it was months ago.

You appear to have signed into two accounts on here so are you using the correct one with the app ?

@caesarome  yes, using the right account. Never changed it on my sky app and can access all my products and billing via mysky under the login. 

I created a community account tonight, I didn't realise I already had one.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning via your Zoe305 account regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
