it could be because:
Your new to sky and your service aren't set up yet.
SKY VIP is'nt avalble with your package
Your a NOW TV customer. it only works on SKY customers
Your're in your 31 day cancellation period
Your services are suspended due to a billing issue
You work for sky

None of these apply to me, any advice as I have tried the virtual assistant & just keep getting told all sky customers have been signed up to sky VIP. Not me apparently

I get the same message when I go on the my sky app saying I am not eligible to join although I have had sky vip for about 5 years.
Dont know how this can be fixed

Hi, I am having the same problem with Sky VIP, when i try and access the rewards I am offered it says I am not eligible? did you get yours sorted @Kasisi

Hi I made a call to Sky today, I cannot access Sky VIP rewards, have deleted the app and reinstalled told this to Sky got no help what so ever have not been able to get on Sky VIP for months
