Sky vip offers

I, Sandy Paterson received an e!all offering me sky VIP reward.

I want to claim the Summer skin package as offered.

@Sandy761  You can't claim anything via a public community, the instruction on how to claim will be in the emial orthe mysky app.

 

PS your post has been moved from the email board as your post is unrelated to Sky/Yahoo email accounts, it's not an email route in to Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you haven't done this yet you need to install the MySky app on your mobile device as you will see the VIP section via the menu at the bottom of the page.
