Sky mobile not working in my sky app

I can't get into the mobile area of the mysky app. I have linked the existing account and it says its already linked when I follow the promps. Any ideas?

If it is saying it is linked then you need to make sure you are using your main Sky ID to login to the app.

Thanks, just checked and I am signed in on my main account. It was previously working fine. I was thinking I should try unlinking my mobile account and relinking it but I can't see an option to unlink.

I think you would be better served by contacting Sky via either Facebook Messenger or the other social media links at the bottom of the page so they can help you with this.
