@Anthony642 Sky Bet is not a Sky app, its owned by Flutter Entertainment PLC, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app to see if that helps, if it doesn't then you need to reach out to the apps customer service for further assistance.
Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your device then installing it again ?
