For over a year I have had this error message when accessing the "Broadband" section on the Sky Website:
Whilst Sky representatives have tried to investigate and rectify, today's phone call resulted in this issue being closed with no resolution but with a workaround.
Sky have however that the Broadband information which cannot be accessed using teh web site, can be accessed using the mobile phone SKY app, and that is considered the workaround to use.
I have not heard of anyone else having this issue and nor has anyone at Sky to whom I have spoken.
If you are unfortunate enough to find that you have this problem in the future, then hopefully this post may save you spending too much time on the phone to Sky support.
