It's absolutely ridiculous when attempting to order Sky Glass/Streaming Puck being greeted with a message Sorry We Are Experiencing Technical Difficulties Please Try Again. This appears to be an on going problem and has been the case for some time. I am amazed that Sky have made absolutely no effort to improve their site.
