Sky VIP no longer accessible

I have been using Sky VIP for many years but for the last few weeks it is no longer accessible and means I can no longer get to the cinema tickets. On the app is just keeps looping around with 'Find out more' and 'join' options but no matter what I choose it just loops back.  On the website it says there is an error.  I have been on the phone to sky over two days for many many hours and just get passed from dept to dept, some depts I have been around 2-3 t times. They have no idea what the problem is.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried three different devices, Android and Apple and it is the same on all. I have also tried changing my password and the sky team tried unlinking and relinking my email address but it made no difference. There have been no recent changes to my account.  Anyone else had this and managed to get it resolved?
