Sky VIP ballot win - code not working

I've won two tickets for The Weeknd at Etihad gig tomorrow but have been trying to book, unsuccessfully, using the code in the MySky app which isn't working. 

It's now the day before the gig and I'm unsure what to do??? It says I won't gain entry without getting them from ticketmaster so I can't just turn up. 

This is the first thing I've won on here and honestly, I'm so annoyed that it hasn't even come to fruition even though I've tried to follow the instructions! 

Even when I follow the help and submit a query, I reach a page stating that 'You're aware that the code isn't working and are working with the venue to get this sorted by end of day tomorrow' - that has happened for the past 3 days!

On what website do you have to use to apply for the tickets ?

I've been given a link to a special landing page on Ticket Master, on which I should be able to input the unique code I've been given in order to unlock the Sky VIP tickets and checkout with them. Except the code won't work 😭

Sky has a specialist team to do with all ticket related questions so the can be contacted via this email address - support @ skyticketit.com (with no spaces)

Thanks, I've emailed them. 

Just hoping they get back to me in time as the event is tomorrow night 😕 I also don't want to be frozen out of future ballots because they class it as a no-show if they don't get back to me 😢
