Sky VIP access

I haven't been able to access the MySky app for months. I've been on the phone several times for hours at a time and passed around multiple teams but no one has been able to resolve. I was promised a call back but no one did.

I've reset my password, re-downloaded the app, checked no VPN and nothing has worked. Absolutely exasperated

Not sure we are goung to be able to help you via here but what is actually happening when you try to access the app ?

I put my email address and password in and it looks like it's loading but then I get a message saying "Your account is not authorised to access the My Sky App". It was working fine until July/August.
