Sky VIP Silver

The MySky App says Sky VIP Silver at the top. Firstly nothing seems to explain what this means, but the implication is that I have been a Sky customer for a little over 2 years - which is the date I last moved house and changed to a new Sky Glass contract. Prior to that I had been a Sky customer for at least 30 years at my old address - does this period not register as part of your loyalty programme? I suspect you didn't link my accounts in any way as you still write to me regularly (at my new address) inviting me to "come back" to Sky - even though I am a current customer. I would like my Sky VIP statues to reflect the fact that I have been a Sky customer since at least 1989.

@Hatch0401

You are actually only talking to other customers here and not Sky support.

You say you moved house, did you use Sky's home moving servcie and if you did what services did you have therefore move to your new address ?

Re: Sky VIP Silver

ceasarome - thanks for the response - I realise I am not talking to Sky Support - I just got frustrated with about 20 minutes trying to get my concerns  through to the Sky Virtual Assistant. I did use the Sky Home Moving service when I moved but switched from Sky+ to Sky Glass as part of the move. As such I was given a new contract number, Sky ID and eveything. It seems my 30 years of being a Sky customer have simply disappeared because I moved house. Perhaps I'll try ringing someone next week.

This will be why this has happened as a new account number and therefore a new ID means you service level starts agin.
