Anyone having an issue with adding on a carers ticket when trying to use the Sky VIP add on tickets such as under 2's or carers? I am able to book paid tickets, and carers tickets do apply, however I am unable to add on a carers ticket.
I called sky, they asked I try a different browser, which I did but again no luck. I'm not sure anything is being done to rectify it as the lady told me to wait and see if it works in a few days. I have tried everyday for 5 days already.
