Sky News app not showing full sentences.

I seem to have a unique issue, in that when I read the Sky News via the app on my iPad, it cuts off the last word from some of the sentences. It is very annoying. If I look at the same story on my wife's iPad, it is fine or on my iPhone, it is fine. I have deleted the app and reloaded it. Can anyone suggest any solutions?

Are you using any apps or settings that aim to make the text larger?

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to suggest a solution. However, I have gone through all the apps that are currently downloaded and none are using a larger font. They are using their default settings. I have no need to enlarge the font.

Correction, found the culprit and changed the font.

I also have exactly the same problem, what was the app causing the issue or fix you used.

It was the Sky News app where the font was set on the next size. Reduced the font and 

it seemed to cure it that day but reading the news this morning, the same issue is still occurring, so it must be the app that is causing the issue.

Cheers for replying, font size is on minimum and changing it makes no difference for me.

Are you able to post a picture up of the issue, along with the details of what device you are using and the operating system in use?

EDIT: Can you also confirm the app is up to date in your app store and the version of app installed?

I'll then be able to pass the information to the relevant support team?

I've uploaded 2 screenshots, of both the same article, one on android which is fine the other of my iPad, both apps are the latest version.

Screen sizes are different but you can see that the iPad article is missing a fair bit of text in places.

ios 16.2.

Though I upgraded to 16.2 to see if it would resolve it, was also happening on 15.7 which was previous version.

I too am having the same problem with missing text, particularly at the end of paragraphs. It was OK a couple of months ago.  I have a 5th generation iPad running IOS 16.2 and have tried reducing font size to the minimum and deleting/re-loading the app. Since reducing font size I can see more text than before,  but there are still words missing.
