Sky+ Channels Missing and Won't record some listings

Hi all.

In Italy - trying to set a recording to my UK box, usually no problem.

Firstly, the channel Eurosport2HD is not on either view, normal or grid (neither is Eurosport2 SD) and we have the channels in our package (lists 1HD and 1SD)
If I search the programme by name, I find it, at 03:15 this sunday, says its on Eurosport2 SD & HD. Click to record  and it says 'your region setting is incorrect' - but I can easily set other programmes on other channels to record.
Tried on SkyGo also not working.
