Rewards on repeat not showing in MySky

I always claim the weekly treat and this week the rewards on repeat area has vanished. Also can't find the free cinema tickets. We are Diamond status and I've updated the app. Anyone else had any issues with this happening and had it resolved?

@Zoe1010  Its  been fine my big thing on the app on vip which needs fixing is the booking part because if I win tickets it doesn't show in the app it hasn't for weeks and my previous ones have dissapeard

Can't edit my post for some reason but this is how I resolved it

Sign out of MySky

Delete App

Make sure iPhone is updated with latest software 

Reinstall App

Update if necesaary

Sign in again and it should all be showing again
