Problem ordering on mysky app

I am trying to order broadband through the mysky app. It gets through the process even telling my previous supplier I am leaving. Then when it asks me to confirm my details the email box is greyed out and flashing so I can't put through the actual order. Anyone know how to sort this? Thanks

Instead of using the app, can you use the website here:

 

https://www.sky.com/broadband

 

If not and the same happens then give Sky a call to get the order placed.
