I have a Netflix account which includes Netflix with adverts in the package. Before i activated it my daughter was house sitting and logged on with her Netflix account. Now sky/netflix think that it is my netflix that was activated i cant deactivate her account to activate mine have spoke to sky on the phone who went through some things but could not help.
So basicaly i wont my daughters details deactivated from my account and for me to be able to watch Netflix with my details.
please help
