So my Netflix has been hacked. They've changed my email and phone number. What can I do to fix this please. I pay for Netflix via Sky so the usual ways of recovering won't work.

Re: Netflix scam
So I pay by direct debit as a package. They need card details and name on card. They don't have that because sky must pay them I guess as I pay sky not them

You have been fobbed off by Netflix as your account is with them and many other people have had their accounts fixed by contacting them.
Sky only pass on the payments to Netflix and don't have access to your account on the Neflix system

Re: Netflix scam
I like being fobbed off. It's grreat. Maybe it was a mistake to use sky to have Netflix because this would have been fixed in a jiffy if I didn't have Netflix through sky. All they want is the card number I use to pay and the name on my card. I can't give them that because sky pays them

Re: Netflix issue
I can't access anything on Netflix as anything I try and put on it gets to 20 per cent and then doesn't move. What is going on?

Re: Netflix scam
As your Netflix account might have been accessed you will need to contact Netflix themselves about this.
