Netflix is unavailable

On my sky I have sky ultimate tv package however the Netflix app won’t open and says Netflix is unavailable, I have restarted the box and refreshed the app and still hasn't resolved it

Have you tried a "reset Settings"?

 

Means you have to set up wifi again but might clear some issue.

Can you sign into netflix on something else? Does that work?

Yes I can use Netflix on other devices, it's just on sky it keeps saying Netflix is unavailable on their app

Do other apps on the Sky box work?

Yes all other apps work just Netflix is affected
