MySky entry for Sky VIP lounge at Co-op Live in Manchester doesnt work properly

I am trying to enter the competition on the MySky app to win tickets to see a band at Co-op Live in Manchester.

 

There are two drop down menus to complete, and neither of them are populated with any choices. This means that when you try to submit your entry I get nothing but a blank screen.

 

This is the same for trying to see any band.

 

Who can I contact to get this sorted?
