Yep same! Another week where they're not released on time then you can't get hold of the item later in the week when they are. Waste of time

The vouchers were seemingly released at 10am this week.

I'm not sure there is necessarily a set release time for the vouchers to be classified as late. When they aren't released it just says "coming soon" not coming at a particular time so it does allow them to control what time they are released.

You could argue it's a fairer process to change up the release time so make sure more people are able to get them, as for those that can't necessarily log in around 9am to claim a voucher, could find it harder to be able to grab one later.

Weekly treats

Hi. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but everytime I try to access the weekly treat, it says out of coupons just now please try later? Surely they should just have enough coupons for everyone at the start of the offer, it's not like you can get two?

I doubt the marketing budget runs to that.

Much like other companies who offer similar deals, they only have a certain amount of coupons to release every week and they will release them at intervals during the week to make it a fairer system for people to claim them.

Re: Weekly treats

@Freddie-- what you say makes sense because they only pay Sainsbury's when the voucher is actually used in the shop - not when a sky customer takes one. Also have the caveat that it is only if Sainsbury's have stock!
Perhaps they restrict the numbers daily to increase the excitement and to avoid complaints that if everyone got a voucher, they would expect the treat...,,
