Suddenly I cannot access MySky, it keeps asking me to sign in and when I do it says my account is no authorised to access mysky. I have used this app since I joined Sky 7 years ago with no issues.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
