My sky app

I recently signed up for sky broadband since then I can't access my app it says enter postcode then how did you pay card or direct debit

What is happening when you enter your payment details as it isn't clear what issue you are having setting it up ?

I haven't paid for anything so I don't know why it's asking it was ok before I spoke to an advisor

When you ordered Sky Broadband you must have provided some payment details so when you enter these details what is happening with the app as you haven't said what issue you are actually happening ?

When I go on the app it says let's find your account give postcode I do that then it asks how did you pay credit or debit card

So if you are already a Sky customer then just provide your details as that is all you need to do.
