My sky app

Since last week when I go to service checker in my sky app or log in on a computer it thinks I have sky + (although this is greyed out) and doesn't show my sky Q or mini box.

i have tried rebooting boxes and reinstalling apps but no luck.

Anyone else had this?

Yeah I mentioned on here last week. Also happening to me. 

Spoke a lady from sky who said others had said the same.
