My sky app no longer displays mobile account

Hi. Since recently upgrading my phone, my sky app will not display my mobile account, piggybank, usage etc. 

When I use the 'link my account' tab it responds with account already linked. 
I've deleted and re-installed the app, and signed in again, same issue. 
Im unable to view any of my account information at this point and we my bills. 
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi. It transpired I had two email addresses linked with the app. Once I'd signed in with the second email address it displayed my main account information AND the mobile account. Hadn't used that email in years so not sure why , but maybe give that a try.

That suggests it is something with the login details that you are using so I would use social media to contact Sky about this as they can be contacted via the links at the bottom of this page along with facebook messenger.

Thanks for your reply. The app displays my tv, broadband and other account information correctly, just not the mobile account. I'll contact them directly as you advised
