My sky account app

Can not download  my sky account app on my phone which I have had before. Saying my phone is not compatible when I have had it on my phone.

What phone have you got and what operating system is it running ?

Same here...

I have a Note10+, and I had the app installed before but I can't recall if it was either on my previous Note or this one.

I've checked if I have the latest updates, etc..and all good, but says "my device isn't compatible with this version" on Google play still.

Is there any other way to access Sky VIP (rewards, etc..)?

Do you have a PC/laptop, if so you could install a android emulator which will allow you to install apps, apart from that installing the app on another device like a tablet is your only option @Simplymo

It seems to be working on the ipad but just not available (compatible) with the Note10+.

Maybe an android issue.
