My sky VIP reward

I've logged on to mysky on my laptop and on my VIP I can get a free movie for signing up with sky cinema. I went on my phone as don't have the app on my laptop. but cannot find this offer, it is not on my app in VIP rewards. Why is this different to online, and how do I get this free movie? I don't have the option on my tv either

Where have you seen this offer ?

It was in my vip sky rewards section. I went to look at cinema tickets and saw the offer. When I clicked on it, it said to down load my sky app for more information but I can't on my laptop and it's not on my phone app
