My Sky app doesnt load after front page

My Sky app won't load anything after initial front page. Have similar expereince on iPad and also on Samsung phone. Uninstalled and installed app numerous times. Performed clear cache. Done soft resets on both devices. Still nothing.

Got similar problem myself on my Samsung. Been going round in circles trying to sort it.
